Paypal Brings New Gifts to Filipino Freelancers

In today's modern world, more people are making the shift to the freelance route where they can be the boss of their own careers and even earn money. In fact, in the Philippines, more than 1.5 million freelancers work on various online jobs such as web development, graphic design and writing among others.
