Blizzard Entertainment literally fired up the recently concluded Blizzcon
2018 with two huge and surprisingly delightful announcements. One is Diablo
Immortal, the mobile version of the renouned hack-and-slash RPG franchise. Developed
by China-based NetEase Games and slated to become available on Android and iOS
in 2019, Diablo Immortal takes place between the events that happened in Diablo
II and III.
Unlike Diablo II and III, Immortal is a full-pledged MMORPG where you
can enjoy your own Diablo adventure on your smart phones as one of six
character classes to choose from including Barbarian, Necromancer, Wizard, and
Monk among others and fight your way against hordes of demons and monsters in completing
quests and finding important items. On the other hand, another surprising
announcement is the impending return of Warcraft III with a new and outstanding
look.
Available in 2019 on PC, Warcraft III: Reforged will be the same
Warcraft III that every gamer around the world loved during its glory days but
it will be a remastered version featuring new graphics, more intense gameplay,
and a more intriguing world editor. All the community maps and those created by
users on the original game's old world editor will be compatible to play on the
remastered version of Warcraft III which should be good news for young and old
LAN players.

RealMe, OPPO's equally engaging sub-brand, has officially activated its
social media accounts for its Filipino consumers which literally signifies the
brand's impending arrival across in our local shores in the coming months or
probably within 2019. This could mean that tech-savvy Filipino consumers will
soon get their hands on RealMe's bevy of smartphones that cater well to their own
digital lifestyle needs.
RealMe was officially launched in the summer of 2018 and its first two
smartphones were a big hit in the Indian market with the RealMe 2 being part of
Amazon India's best-sellers list. The brand has already began making its
presence felt in the Southeast Asian market and it has gained a strong impactful
traction in several countries as the hottest brand during Lazada's 11.11 Online
Revolution. I can assume that once it arrives in the local mobile market,
RealMe's reception would presumably become as overwhelming as that in the
Philippines' neighboring nations. Anyway, let's just wait and see for ourselves
what will RealMe bring to the Filipino table.

If RealMe was the hottest mobile brand in the first two hours of
Lazada's biggest holiday online shopping event of the year in several Southeast
Asian countries, how about the Philippines? Well, OPPO's sub-brand may soon hit
our local shores probably by next year but the hottest brand for Filipino
online shoppers at that time would have to be Xiaomi. However, you would be surprised
to know that the best-selling product in the first 12 hours of Lazada
Philippines' 11.11 Online Revolution is not a smartphone, but a large pack of
Pampers Baby Diapers.
