A Handful Of Upcoming PS5 Games Announced At CES 2021

Sony Interactive Entertainment has been keeping the video gaming community hyped up about the slate of upcoming games and exclusive slated to become available on its recently-released PlayStation 5 video game system in the foreseeable future and beyond. Now, during the recently concluded Consumer Electronics Expo 2021, the company has announced release dates for several upcoming PS5 titles and these were presented by no less than PlayStation boss Jim Ryan.

Aside from the announcement of its forthcoming media projects kicking off with the upcoming Uncharted movie and The Last Of Us television series for HBO Max, Ryan gave gamers a glimpse of what to expect throughout 2021 and beyond. During Sony's press conference staged at the virtual tech event, a sizzle real of several games revealed their release details in tiny text written onto a single slide during the presentation. Here are some of them coming to the PS5 in 2021 and maybe after.

* Horizon Forbidden West - Release Date: Sometime In 2021


* Ratchet And Clank: Rift Apart - Release Date: Sometime In 2021


* Returnal - Release Date: March 19, 2021


* Kena: Bridge Of Spirits - Release Date: March 2021


* Solar Ash - Release Date: June 2021


* Little Devil Inside - Release Date: July 2021


* Ghostwire Tokyo - Release Date: October 2021


* Stray - Release Date: October 2021


Beyond the Year of the Ox, Sony has also revealed that Square Enix's Project Athia, a story-driven game from the Final Fantasy XV development team that has the protagonist transported to a mysterious world, will be launching on January 2022. On the other hand, Capcom's upcoming action-adventure game Pragmata is coming later than expected and is scheduled to be released sometime in 2023.
