Taal Volcano may be in Alert Level 2 as of this writing, but ABS-CBN continues to spread Kapamilya love to the displaced Taal Volcano eruption victims and their families through its "Tulong-Tulong Sa Taal" public service campaign. In partnership with various groups and with the support of donors, volunteers and partners such as Senator Ralph Recto and Lipa City Congresswoman Vilma Santos-Recto, the Kapamilya network has staged clean-up drives in the town of Agoncillo and Tanauan City, relief operations and distribution of Ligtas Bags to the said victims.

As of February 6, 2020, ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation's Sagip Kapamilya served a total of 23,953 families or more than 100,000 individuals affected by the Taal Volcano eruption with relief packs in evacuation centers and home-based evacuation sites. There were 5,403 individuals served with hot meals through the Soup Kitchen while 663 received psychological medical aid. Since children are the most vulnerable during disasters, Bantay Bata 163 organized therapeutic activities in Calumpang East Elementary School in San Luis, Batangas.

The Kapamilya network also continues to distribute Ligtas Bags in different parts of the province. These bags contain necessities for survival either in case of an emergency or when a disaster strikes. Recently, Sen. Ralph Recto and Representative Vilma Santos-Recto have partnered with ABS-CBN Foundation to deliver relief packs and Ligtas Bags to people in San Nicolas, Agoncillo, Lemery, Taal, Laurel and Talisay. Recto thanked the network for helping Filipinos during difficult times and giving joy every night while Santos-Recto shared her appreciation for ABS-CBN's extended help in the province.
