The GigaLife app was officially launched during the Smart GigaFest Virtual Concert which was streamed live on September 26, 2020 (Saturday) on Smart's official Facebook and YouTube channels. The said concert brought together some of the country's top performers including Nadine Lustre, James Reid, KZ Tandingan and Curtismith and featured insightful and entertaining sideshows such as "Workout Sessions" with Katarina Rodriguez and Vince Velasco; "Relax, You Got This" with Macoy Dubs and Dr. RJ Naguit; "In Style" with Aaron Black and Kim Cruz; and "Smartees Play" with Angelique Manto, Erica Rabara, John Manalo, Rammy Bitong and Synjin Reyes. Also during the virtual concert, lucky Smart subscribers were able to win the latest gadgets and other exciting prizes.
